 Wrap Around Milverton (WAM)

Milverton Primary School provides wrap around care for both before and after school. Families can book onto this provision through our new online booking system, which you will find below. We aim to provide quality activities for the children to enjoy. This will give families the peace of mind that their child is engaged in fun, developmental activities both during and outside the times of the school day. Please see our booking forms below for infants and juniors.

Parents can book their child into an activity club, where children can enjoy taking part in an activity ran by a specialist coach or a self-directed 'choices club', where children will be able to enjoy self-chosen activities in a relaxed environment. The activities available will be for either infants or juniors, please see the clubs list below.

Please contact the Wrap Around Milverton (WAM) club directly on wam@welearn365.com we will be happy to answer any of your questions.

Milverton new starters

If you are interested in our wrap around and would like to book your child into a club, please register your child to our
online booking system which you will find below; 'WAM's online booking system'
When registering and choosing your child's class, please select 'new starter-waiting on class'

We work on a first come, first served basis for all our bookings.
You can choose to book as a block booking for the whole half term or you can choose to use our ad hoc service and book daily or weekly (please note that all ad hoc sessions are an extra 50p per session) Each half term timetable will go live 2 weeks before the end of the current half term. (please find our term dates below)
Some of our clubs are very popular and get booked up quite quickly. If you find a club is fully booked, please email wam@welearn365.com to be put on to the waiting list for that half term.

If you will be paying for your sessions through childcare vouchers, these need to be arranged and sent over to us in enough time so we can credit your account with them. Please contact me for any information you may need regarding childcare vouchers.

If you have any questions or queries about the wrap around, please feel free to contact me by email: wam@welearn365.com or by phone: 07585097238

How much does it cost?
We have aimed to make our pricing really simple!

The cost for any session is £5.50, this includes the cost of the club, the cost of any breakfast, healthy snacks and the cost of resources used. The three sessions you may sign up for are the;

  • Before school + breakfast                             7.30 - 8.55
  • After school session 1                                   3.20 - 4.30
  • After school session 2 + healthy snack         4.30 - 5.45
  • Late Finish                                                    5.45 - 6.00- free of charge

*Late fee's will apply to those collecting after the allocated times they have paid for. Please see at the bottom of the page*

Children can arrive or leave with a parent/carer collecting them any time within the session. Although we ask that, if possible, parents use the start and end times indicated, to help the session run smoothly and allow your child to complete the whole session they are in.

ADHOC Bookings

You may wish to book your child into sessions weekly or even on the same day. The cost for any ad hoc booking is £6.00 per session. You can easily switch the timetable to an ad hoc booking session by clicking the bar at the top, you will then see dates appear on each session and you will be able select the club you wish to book.

Childcare vouchers

There will be an option to use childcare vouchers if these are available for your family to use. We are registered to most childcare companies including the government tax free childcare service. If you will be paying with childcare vouchers or the TFC service the vouchers and payments need to be sent over to us in advance so we can credit your account ready for you to book your sessions for that half term. Please email wam@welearn365.com for any account information you may need.

WAM'S Online Booking System

To further improve our WAM Provision we have introduced a new online booking system. This is both to make booking an easier process for parents and a more efficient booking system for WAM.

You will first need to register as a parent, and all of your children at Milverton. This process will take around 3-4 minutes. Once registered you will then have access to our online timetable and will be able to easily book your sessions.

You will find our booking forms in a link to the right, these are for you to have a look at and discuss with your children before you make your bookings.

We work on a half termly booking process. You will need to re book your children's sessions every half term. All parents will receive an email notification at the end of the current half term to notify you that the timetable for the next half term has gone live.

We will always work on a first come first served basis when the timetable goes live. Waiting lists do not secure places into the next half term bookings.

Each half term dates are as follows;

Autumn 1- 3rd September- 23rd October 2020
Autumn 2- 2nd November- 18th December 2020
Spring 1- 5th January- 12th February 2021
Spring 2- 22nd February- 1st April 2021
Summer 1- 19th April- 28th May 2021
Summer 2- 7th June- 20th July 2021

We would like to make our bookings and payment system as simple as possible. If you will be using childcare vouchers, you will need to arrange for your vouchers to be sent over to us in advance before you make any bookings for that half term. As soon as we receive your childcare vouchers we upload them onto your WAM account, which then allows you to book your sessions. We understand that this is a big change to our current system and you may need some support to help achieve this, we are here to help, so if you have any problems please contact us.

If you have any questions or queries about our wrap around care, please email wam@welearn365.com and Amanda will be happy to answer any of your questions.
